डकैत
यह कोई आज की बात नहीं है डकैतियां तो प्राचीन काल से होती रही हैं और होती रहेंगी। आज की तारीख में डकैती के तरीके बदल गये हैं, पहले घोड़े पर बैठ कर आते थे आज हवाई जहाज से भी आते हैं । पहले इन लोंगों का इमान धर्म हुआ करता था, अमीरों को लूटते थे गरीबों की मदद करते थे। आज गरीबों पर ही जुल्म हो रहा है ।
कभी किसी ने यह जानने की जरूरत ही नहीं समझी की डकैत, समाज में पैदा क्यूँ होते है । कहीं न कहीं इसके लिए समाज पूरी तरह से दोषी है, जिन लोगों की उपेक्षा की जाति है ,जिनका हक़ छीन लिया जाता है ,जिनपर जुल्म ढाया जाता है , समाज के ठेकेदार अन्याय करते हैं, जिनके परिवार बर्बाद कर दिए जाते हैं , जमीने छीन ली जाति हैं,दर दर भटकने को मजबूर कर दिए जाते हैं, और जब भूंखो मरने की नौबत आ जाति है। दूसरी तरफ जब प्रतिष्ठा का प्रश्न होता है तब समाज में ऐसे लोगों का प्रादुर्भाव होता है। ज्यादातर डकैत ग्रामीण क्षेत्र की प्रस्ति भूमि से क्यूँ आते है, जबकि ये क्षेत्र अन्नदाता है, जो पूरे देश के समाज का ताना बाना बुनते हैं तथा पेट भरते हैं। जब इन क्षेत्रों की स्थिति ऐसी है, तो समाज किस दिशा में जायेगा क्यूंकि आज भी ग्रामीण जनता पलायन करके शहर की ओर आ रही है आज के शहर भी कभी गाँव थे ,तब यह व्यापार का केंद्र हुआ करते थे। आज यही केंद्र देश की आर्थिक स्थित की रीड़ माने जाते हैं, जिनकी स्थित आज राजनीती का अखाडा बन गई है। ओर आज इसके उलट यहाँ की राजनिति ग्रामों में पहुँच गई है , डकैती का तरीका बदल गया है आज सरकारी डकैत पैदा हो गये हैं। सरकारी धन को ही लूट रहे हैं तथा गाँव में नए तरीके के डकैत पैदा कर रहे हैं । शेष ...................
